This is probably the stupidest list of perks I've ever seen. People who are entirely invisible to radar is what UAV jammer does and mapwide smoke screen is just stupid.

I just hope they don't spam the dashboard with ads. I rather pay for live and have a normal dashboard instead of not paying for live but having a dashboard filled with ads telling me to eat a Big Mac.
